Experience: 10+ years of experience in Marketing leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the North America field marketing strategy in alignment with global marketing and business goals.

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the company's position in the North American market.

  • Work closely with the corporate and global marketing teams to translate best practices into effective regional initiatives.

  • Utilize market insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure they resonate with the local audience.
     

Collaboration and Relationship Building:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with sales teams, other cross-functional teams, and leadership within the region.

  • Drive a culture of collaboration between the North America field marketing teams and other marketing functions (eg. demand gen, global campaigns, product marketing, etc) to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
     

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing North America field and channel marketing team.

  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging innovation and creativity.

  • Develop and implement strategies to bring together direct marketing and channel marketing efforts to amplify overall impact.

  • Drive initiatives that encourage collaboration, shared objectives, and mutual success between the two teams.
     

Performance Reporting and Refinement:

  • Establish a robust system for performance reporting, providing regular insights and analysis to key stakeholders.

  • Utilize performance data to refine and optimize marketing strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
     

Budget Management:

  • Manage the North America field marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize ROI.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role in field marketing, preferably within a global SaaS organization.

  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with sales teams and leadership.

  • Experience in integrating and aligning direct and channel marketing efforts.

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving successful marketing strategies in the North America region.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.

  • Proven team management and leadership skills.

The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.

Salary Ranges:

$193,875.00 - $323,125.00
