THE ROLE

We are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of marketing technology with our omnichannel approach. We are now on the lookout for a visionary Principal Product Manager with a blend of entrepreneurial prowess and deep expertise in scaling marketing platforms to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic development and scaling of Zeta's Marketing Platform, focusing on advanced omnichannel experiences and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Architect a robust product roadmap with a keen eye on scalability and innovation in alignment with Zeta’s overarching strategic and visionary goals.
• Pilot cross-functional teams, serving as the keystone for launching and scaling new features and functionalities, with an emphasis on market leadership and product excellence.
• Harness market intelligence and deep analytical insights to spearhead new product development while refining and elevating existing offerings.
• Collaborate intimately with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Marketing to craft a product that resonates with our diverse clientele and exceeds market standards.
• Navigate the product's market introduction strategy, meticulously crafting pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning to disrupt the industry.
• Champion the usability and functionality of the product, guaranteeing it supports and amplifies the success of our Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Represent Zeta as a product luminary, engaging with customer advisory boards and interfacing with clients, Zeta leadership, and industry analysts to advocate and enhance
  our product offerings.

Qualifications

We are looking for people who have: 

• A storied career spanning at least 8 years in product management, with a sterling track record in scaling marketing technologies and platforms.
• Entrepreneurial background with a history of transforming marketing solutions through applied AI and machine learning to curate customer experiences.
• Academic credentials in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier institution, coupled with tangible software engineering and product scaling experience.
• A strategic thinker and articulate communicator capable of converting complex data sets into compelling narratives to inform product strategies.
• A charismatic leader with the ability to foster strong collaborative relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.

 

COMPENSATION RANGE 

The compensation range for this role is $150,000.00 - $200,000.00, depending on location and experience.
