Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Inbound Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support services to hotel guests seeking assistance with connecting to Wi-Fi services. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required to effectively communicate and assist guests from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer and respond to inbound technical support queries and issues from hotel guests regarding Wi-Fi connectivity.

2. Troubleshoot technical problems related to Wi-Fi connections, networks, and devices.

3. Provide step-by-step instructions to guests on how to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi network.

4. Communicate effectively with guests in both English and Arabic to ensure clear understanding and resolution of technical issues.

5. Document and maintain accurate records of guest inquiries, technical issues, and resolutions.

6. Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex technical problems and ensure timely resolution.

7. Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to improve the overall guest experience.

8. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and developments to enhance technical support services.

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal) is a must.

2. Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred.

3. Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for helping others.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi networks, routers, and connectivity devices.

7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Education and Certifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Certifications in IT or technical support are a plus.
