Are you a seasoned Web Developer ready to drive transformation in an ever-evolving digital landscape? We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable professional with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. With a strong foundation in PHP, JavaScript, NodeJS, ReactJS, and full-stack capabilities, you'll thrive in creating robust solutions.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for:

1. Design and Development: Architect and build robust websites and applications using CMS platforms. Ensure that the designs are responsive, user-friendly, and tailored to client specifications.
2. CMS Management and Customisation: Manage, update, and customise CMS platforms to suit project requirements. This includes installing and configuring themes and plugins.
3. Code Optimisation: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code. Ensure cross-platform optimisation and resolve any compatibility issues.
4. Security Measures: Implement and maintain security protocols to protect websites from cyber threats. Regularly update CMS software and plugins to safeguard against vulnerabilities.
5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor website performance, conduct regular tests, and provide solutions for performance enhancement.
6. SEO Best Practices: Optimize websites for better search engine rankings. Implement SEO strategies such as optimising keywords, improving loading speeds, and ensuring mobile compatibility.
7. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and support. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMS, performance, and scalability.
8. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Lead and collaborate with other team members and stakeholders. Share expertise and mentor junior developers.
9. Project Management: Oversee projects from conception to delivery, including managing timelines and coordinating with clients and team members.
10. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development and CMS platforms.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Expertise in PHP, JS, NodeJS, ReactJS: You have extensive experience building scalable and maintainable applications.
• Proficiency with CMS Platforms: Your skills include developing on WordPress and Shopify. You are also adept at building blocks using Gutenberg natively.
• API Integration Experience: You have solid experience working with APIs to create seamless integrations.
• Full Stack Experience: You’ve touched a bit of everything, from front-end to back-end, ensuring a holistic approach to development.
• Quick Learner: You can quickly adapt to new technologies and changing business needs.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Note: This role is open to candidates who are located in the Philippines/ Nepal/ South Africa
