Job description
  1. Screening resumes.
  2. Interview candidates via phone.
  3. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
  4. Share interview address and time with applicants.
  5. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  6. Taking follow ups with company HR and as well as with candidates.
  7. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
  8. Continue follow up with candidates from screening to joining.


Requirement-


  1. Candidate should have laptop and wifi as it's a wfh opportunity.
  2. Candidate should be ready to call on atleast 50 numbers daily.
  3. We need someone who are sincere for the work and eager to learn HR recruitment field.
