Light industrial flexible staffing is a $40B labor market that encompasses entry-level jobs in warehouses & distribution centers. These workers pack boxes, load trucks, and manage warehouse operations to keep supply chains running at peak efficiency.

We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our client's team. You'll be reaching out to mid-market enterprise clients, generating meetings, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires the ability to work from the office in NYC.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate 4+ meetings per week through cold calling, email, LinkedIn
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Utilize CRM and sales tools to track performance and manage pipeline


Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
  • 0-3y of sales experience in a BDR or similar outbound sales role
  • Proficiency in high-volume cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM, sales tools and LinkedIn
  • Results-driven, ambitious, competitive mindset
  • Ability to work from the office in NYC
Preferred qualifications:
  • 1-3y of outbound sales experience in Light Industrial Staffing
  • Knowledge of the light industrial labor industry, roles, and processes
  • Book of business with Warehouse Manager/HRD/TAM/COO is a plus
  • Startup experience is a plus

  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Base compensation $55,000 - $65,000 per year (negotiable depending on your experience and skills)
  • OTE (on-target earnings) $65,000-$85,000+
