We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on our EverHealth Products. EverHealth provides modern end-to-end solutions for healthcare providers. Our open, connected ecosystem of solutions and services helps providers engage patients, increase revenue, improve business efficiency, and remain market competitive. We serve 72,000 healthcare practices and counting. EverHealth consists of five SaaS products; DrChrono, iSalus, CollaborateMD, Updox, and MDTec, combined these products offer end to end solutions for the health care industry

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inbound leads generated through our website and strategic marketing efforts. Your duties include qualifying prospects and generating "sales-ready" opportunities for Account Executives to close new business. The SDR role is crucial for company growth, and you will collaborate closely with both marketing and sales teams to drive growth for DrChrono and EverHealth. Successful Sales Development Representatives have opportunities for advancement into various roles based on their strengths and interests.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and qualify warm inbound leads, passing on opportunities to Sales Account Executives through Salesforce.
  • Reengage and nurture old leads to create new opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Conduct product webinars for freemium users, introducing them to DrChrono and our tailored solutions using Zoom.
  • Maintain relationships with prospects and users until they are ready to qualify.
  • Consistently meet team objectives by achieving your qualification quota.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on key projects such as grassroots marketing, competitor analysis, and consumer research to optimize the sales process.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads while rekindling interest with previous leads.

Skills and Experience for Success:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professionalism and ability to interact effectively with C-suite prospects.
  • Customer service experience or experience in a customer-facing role (optional).
  • Experience in cold calling and lead generation (optional).
  • Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, and G Suite (optional).
  • 1+ year of experience using Salesforce (optional).
  • Proficiency in using Apple products, as we have iOS apps.
  • Genuine passion for building a rewarding career in sales.
  • Interest in health, the healthcare industry, and SaaS technology.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with suppliers and customers over the phone.
  • Strong and resilient work ethic with the ability to rebound from rejection.
  • Friendly personality that aligns with our innovative and dynamic environment.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $24.00 - 26.00 USD Per Hour + Commission. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, candidate’s work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
