CI&T is expanding the team in Brazil and is looking for an experienced Senior QA Manual+Automation Tester for one of the UK's biggest telecom companies, working in their start-up incubator, accelerating the build and launch of an MVP for a new type of service for the company. 

As this team is going to be responsible for bringing to market a new proposition and business, we are looking for someone with high ownership and accountability, a team player, and positively collaborative and communicative. Someone who feels comfortable challenging the status quo and takes an active role in driving the product forward with a delivery mindset and thrives when empowered with autonomy 

To Be Considered You'll Need:
- English fluency ( you have to have excellent English skills conversation to join in meetings with the customer )
- Your CV/resume submitted in English.

Responsibilities:
- Be an integral part of the test automation team, actively contributing towards the development of test strategy, tools, and services.
- Set up Automation on a greenfield project
-  Plan, create, test and maintain Continuous Integration pipelines to manage the software development lifecycle.
- Design and create automated test cases to address business and technical use cases.
- Work closely with other quality teams to ensure that standards are maintained and improved.
- Assist in the development of junior team members.
-  You will from time to time be required to undertake other duties of a similar nature as reasonably required by your line manager commensurate with the nature and level of the role.

Requirements for this challenge:
- Excellent communication (B2, C1 English minimally), leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Automation on Mobile and Web Applications UI & API  QA
- Strong experience in Manual Testing on Mobile and Web Applications UI & API  QA
- Formulated, Managed & Executed Manual test plans
- e2e Testing
- Web Security
- NoSQL and Relational Databases
- Cucumber 
- Experience with Backend Programming Languages for tests: NODE .js
