1. 2 to 5 Years of experience in Product,Application, Production support environment.
2. Desired to work on Java,JavaScript,React JS,Node JS,Html,AJAX,SQL based application support. Handled P2,P3 tickets on Product or at application level.
3. Experience working on support projects and support teams in a prod environment.
4. Work with the support team to evaluate complex problems, identify root causes and derive resolutions.
5.  Strong team player with ability to work in collaboration across different teams.
6. Should have excellent interpersonal, analytical, presentation and problem solving skills.
7. Take appropriate steps to bring any open support cases to resolution in a timely manner. 
8. Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and motivational skills. Must be focused with the ability to work independently and in teams.
9. Proven track record of producing high quality software against plans and schedules that are being met consistently.
10. Perform maintenance of xml scripts on a daily basis.Writing java programs to support xml scripts.
11. Close interaction with the engineering group to resolve technical issues.Interacting with Customer support groups and providing issue resolution.
12. Provide technical inputs to team members including reviewing & revising codes written by others.
