Regional Finance, a financial services company, is undergoing a digital transformation.  By leveraging a new streamlined lending platform, we plan to drive more leads, more loans, higher conversion rates, and ultimately more satisfied customers.  Our fully digitized customer experience will complement our well-established, high touch branch-based interactions.  We are searching for a Digital Partnership Senior Manager to play a critical role in this transformation - engaging partners to drive loans and revenue, and to assist with shaping our omni-channel strategy. 

Duties and responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Partnership Senior Manager will recruit and manage affiliate partnerships and performance-based marketing partners, scale and optimize programs, retain and grow relationships, and provide critical reporting and analysis. This position will also work cross-functionally, particularly with the Technology and Operations teams, to drive digital partner marketing strategy and oversee integration with our digital capabilities in alignment with the overarching digital strategy.

This role will be responsible for supporting a variety of partnerships, both large and small, identifying and implementing opportunities for significant growth and/or efficiency, and onboarding and testing new relationships. This individual will leverage their knowledge of the digital partner space, analytical skills, enthusiasm for delivering an extraordinary customer experience, driven work ethic, and strong written and oral communication skills to help drive existing and new digital marketing partner efforts to new heights.

  • Develop, launch, and optimize performance-based marketing programs aimed at generating high-intent, well-qualified leads to our online origination process that convert to loans.
  • Manage a dynamic list of third-party marketing partners leveraging a cost-per-qualified lead or a cost-per-loan model.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with partners to build relationships and maximize opportunities
  • Become an "Affiliate Marketing expert" in the industry; understand the landscape of potential partners, key issues and new developments.
  • Work closely with members of the Marketing team and our agency to develop new creative assets, content, and offers for partner usage.
  • Work closely with technology for partner integrations, risk on credit performance and operations on branch metrics.
  • Supplement the internal digital marketing ecosystem by identifying new opportunities to reach more consumers through various digital tactics leveraging performance-based marketing partners.
  • Provide performance reporting and analysis in order to share results, measure, and identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Manage and enforce creative and compliance standards across partners

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising or related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of digital marketing experience with a focus in affiliate and/or performance partnership marketing
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the financial services industry.
  • Basic understanding of marketing channels, such as paid and organic search, social, email, display, strategic integrations, and more.
  • Strong communication skills, both internal and external to the company
  • Familiarity with marketing KPIs regarding paid search, SEO, social media, and other advertising acquisition channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong initiative, ability to work independently, self-motivated and deadline driven.
  • Solid understanding of the metrics that guide lead generation and direct response.
  • Experience reviewing performance data and interpreting it in a way that drives results
  • A proven record of project managing multiple time sensitive projects on schedule.
  • At ease managing multiple projects, setting stakeholder expectations, working individually and collaborating across teams
