Position Summary

Our client seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of a key mobile application. This role requires a leader who has previously worked in dynamic, team-focused environments at start-ups or mid-sized companies. The successful candidate will manage the complete design process and must be proactive, a strong individual contributor, and committed to high-quality outcomes. A passion for health technology and wellness will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Design: Lead the design process of the mobile application, from conceptualizing to detailed design stages.

• Validate: Conduct usability tests and gather user feedback to guide design improvements.

• Iterate: Use both qualitative and quantitative insights to refine the design, aiming to enhance user engagement and reduce turnover.

Role Details

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling user experiences.

• Maintain and expand the UI component library within the design system, ensuring brand consistency.

• Engage with company leaders to align product design with business goals.

What You Need to Succeed

• Demonstrated interest in health and wellness, especially sleep.

• Over 5 years in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio and successful live mobile apps.

• Ability to balance design aesthetics with practical, technical considerations.

• Experience in mentoring junior designers and working with Product Management.

• Comfortable with fast-paced environments and iterative workflows.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and designs effectively.
