As we continue to expand our presence in Europe, we are seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and lead our efforts in supporting the EU region and data center infrastructure.

You are a seasoned Senior DevOps Engineer with a passion for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-based infrastructure. You thrive in dynamic environments and possess a deep understanding of Azure technologies. Your expertise in DevOps methodologies and compliance standards makes you an invaluable asset to any team. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams and are dedicated to driving innovation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer focused on the EU region, you will lead the management and optimization of Hyperproof's Azure-based infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive DevOps strategy tailored to the EU market, designing and implementing automated solutions for provisioning and deployment, and ensuring compliance with EU data protection regulations. You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our services in the EU region.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, adapt, collaborate, and grow in a dynamic environment 
  • Extensive experience in DevOps engineering roles, with a focus on managing Azure-based infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Azure cloud services and tools, including Azure DevOps, ARM templates, and Azure monitoring solutions.
  • Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps methodologies and practices, including infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
  • Familiarity with or interest in learning about compliance standards and regulations, particularly GDPR and EU data protection requirements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proven track record of driving innovation, optimizing performance, and maintaining high availability in a production environment.

Location:

We're a fully remote company dedicated to finding the best talent regardless of location. We would like people to cover the European space within the timezone. 

Candidate Experience:

We respect your time and aim for transparency throughout the interview process. Expect:

  • A 30-minute initial chat with our Principal People & Talent Partner.
  • A Take Home Assessment you will work on within the GitHub.
  • Three 60-minute 1:1 interviews with members of our engineering team, when one of them will be the hiring manager.

This process allows both parties to ask questions and gauge fit for the team.

The full compensation package is based on candidate experience and certifications.
