Job description

Luminary Group is partnered with a leading Life Sciences Consultancy looking for an experienced Global Account Manager with a strong background in eClinical Solutions. As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key client accounts worldwide, focusing on eClinical Solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading healthcare organizations and contribute to the growth and success of Luminary Group.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of global client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all their eClinical Solutions needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, project managers, and IT teams.
  • Gain a deep understanding of client objectives, challenges, and requirements to provide customized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Drive client satisfaction, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, addressing any issues or concerns, and serving as an advocate for the clients within Luminary Group.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, implementation, and support, to ensure successful project implementation and ongoing client support.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, including upselling and cross-selling of eClinical Solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide informed insights and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Provide regular reports on client account performance, including sales metrics, revenue projections, and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [number] years of experience in account management or client relations within the eClinical Solutions industry.
