Your missionsLOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES
Position: Executive Assistant
Salary Range: 800-1,500 USD per month
Working Schedule: Monday- Friday: 8 AM-5 PM PST/12 AM - 9 AM Philippine Time
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- doing cold outreach using my LinkedIn account
- setup meetings with those people (potential partners, etc)
- recruiting assistance
- calendar management
- updating our CRM (HubSpot)
- monitoring my Slack activities (all channels)
- make sure everything is organized
- other relative ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
Requirements and Tools:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working remotely as an Executive Assistant
- Proficient English speaker (comfortable talking, writing, reading)
- Should be proficient in HubSpot
- Must have demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Jira
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace
- Proficiency in using Slack
- Must be able to use Figma (Marketing Design)
- Displays a natural curiosity and a proactive inclination to seek knowledge and explore new ideas, self-motivated, and mature
- Possesses high emotional intelligence
