Working Schedule:  Monday - Friday, Flexible Hourse, overlapping schedule (MST)

Salary Range:  USD 1000- USD 1200 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies. Leveraging your expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and content management, you will drive impactful campaigns to enhance our online presence and maximize client engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies utilizing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO techniques to optimize client reach and engagement.
• Client Communication: Engage with existing clients through email and calls to understand their needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions. Regularly update clients on account activity, trends, and campaign performance.
• Content Management: Edit and optimize content, including blog posts, articles, and website pages, using WordPress. Utilize AI software to enhance content creation and incorporate schema markup for SEO optimization.
• Campaign Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword analysis, monitor campaign performance, and perform conversion optimization to ensure optimal outcomes. Utilize tools such as Ahrefs and SemRush to refine marketing strategies.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide clients with detailed reports and insights regarding campaign performance, interpreting large amounts of data to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of success. Previous experience as an account manager or similar role preferred.
• Communication Skills: Good to excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients. Minor accent is acceptable.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO optimization, and WordPress. Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs and SemRush is a significant advantage. Experience with Google Workspace and AI technologies is preferred.
• Autonomy and Attention to Detail: Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.

DEVICE / CONNECTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 50mbps internet speed
• Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
