Inside Sales Associate

About Proactive For Her: Proactive For Her, a women's healthcare startup, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for its rapidly growing Bangalore-based team. Our clinics in Indiranagar, Kalyan Nagar, Koramangala, HSR Layout, offer accessible, personalized, and confidential healthcare solutions for women across life stages. Rated 4.7 for service from customers.

  • Location: Bangalore
  • Work Hours: 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm (based on roster)
  • Opportunity: Full-time 6 days working with 1 rotational week off (Saturdays/Sundays are work-from-home)

Responsibilities:

  • Direct Customer Engagement:
  • Call customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood and reasons.
  • Interact with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform.
  • Customer Relationship Building:
  • Engage with leads through calls, chats, and other channels.
  • Provide information about our products, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products.
  • Effectively communicate product value to potential customers.
  • Sales Pitch Customization:
  • Customize sales presentations to address unique customer needs.
  • Closing Deals:
  • Use persuasive skills to close sales deals.
  • Overcome objections and secure customer commitment.
  • CRM Management:
  • Keep accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and measure performance.
  • Achieving Targets:
  • Work towards sales targets and quotas, attractive incentives based on target achievement.
  • Regularly report progress to sales team lead.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other teams for a seamless customer experience.
  • Continuous Learning and Adaptability:
  • Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve skills.
  • Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.
  • Feedback and Improvement:
  • Seek feedback from customers and sales leaders for improvement.
  • Actively participate in training programs.
