Inside Sales Associate

About Proactive For Her: Proactive For Her, a women's healthcare startup, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for its rapidly growing Bangalore-based team. Our clinics in Indiranagar, Kalyan Nagar, Koramangala, HSR Layout, offer accessible, personalized, and confidential healthcare solutions for women across life stages. Rated 4.7 for service from customers.

Location: Bangalore
Work Hours: 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm (based on roster)
Opportunity: Full-time 6 days working with 1 rotational week off (Saturdays/Sundays are work-from-home)

Responsibilities:

Direct Customer Engagement:
Call customers/leads to understand conversion likelihood and reasons.
Interact with customers via WhatsApp through the CRM platform.
Customer Relationship Building:
Engage with leads through calls, chats, and other channels.
Provide information about our products, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products.
Effectively communicate product value to potential customers.
Sales Pitch Customization:
Customize sales presentations to address unique customer needs.
Closing Deals:
Use persuasive skills to close sales deals.
Overcome objections and secure customer commitment.
CRM Management:
Keep accurate records in the CRM system.
Track leads, opportunities, and measure performance.
Achieving Targets:
Work towards sales targets and quotas, attractive incentives based on target achievement.
Regularly report progress to sales team lead.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other teams for a seamless customer experience.
Continuous Learning and Adaptability:
Stay informed about industry trends and continuously improve skills.
Adapt to changes in products, processes, or market conditions.
Feedback and Improvement:
Seek feedback from customers and sales leaders for improvement.
Actively participate in training programs.
Documentation:
Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales activities.
