Job Purpose:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's CRM system, setting up, and configuring tools like HubSpot and Kommo, and also taking the lead in content creation. This role involves designing and implementing lead nurturing campaigns, creating and managing email marketing workflows, optimizing content for search engines, and collaborating with the team for specific marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure the company's CRM systems, including HubSpot and Kommo, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Design and implement lead nurturing campaigns to increase conversions and improve the customer journey.
  • Create, manage, and optimize email marketing workflows and content to enhance engagement and retention rates.
  • Develop and execute a content marketing plan, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Write high-quality and engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and target audience.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop content for specific marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Configure and manage automated reports and analytics, providing insights into marketing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on marketing automation and content marketing best practices, and provide recommendations for enhancing the company's marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills and expertise in using marketing automation and content marketing software and tools, such as HubSpot and/or Kommo.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging content for various platforms and audiences.
  • Experience designing and implementing lead nurturing campaigns and creating and managing email marketing workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting tools, and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and creative thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.

This position is a hybrid role, requiring one day per week in the office and allowing for remote work from home for the remainder of the week.
