We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to join our expanding team. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand visibility, engaging with our target audience, and driving business growth through strategic social media initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Content Management: Oversee and curate engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms.
- Campaign Analysis: Measure the success of social media campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize future strategies.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Apply this knowledge to continually enhance our social media presence.
- Tool Utilization: Proficiently use social media marketing tools to streamline processes, monitor performance, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media strategies with broader business objectives. Collaborate with copywriters and designers to ensure content is compelling and on-brand.
- SEO Monitoring: Monitor SEO performance and user engagement on social media platforms. Propose and implement content optimization strategies for improved visibility.
- Networking: Actively engage with industry professionals, influencers, and virtual communities. Cultivate relationships to expand our network and enhance brand credibility.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Experience in creating content for older demographics, particularly Millennials. This is crucial as our audience primarily falls within this age group.
- A proactive mindset with the initiative to lead. We're looking for someone who can independently drive our social media efforts forward.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Experience using social media marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and innovative thinking, with a keen eye for design and content.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
