Are you passionate about travel and providing exceptional service? AAA Club Alliance is seeking a dedicated Corporate Travel Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely within our territory, assisting clients with their domestic travel needs. If you have experience in corporate travel and are proficient in SABRE GDS, we want to hear from you!

This is a work from home position; however, candidates must live within our territory.

As a Corporate Travel Agent, you will:

  • Book domestic reservations for air travel, hotels, and car rentals, ensuring the lowest costs and maximum commission claimed.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries via phone and email.

  • Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies and negotiated contracts.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs to accurately advise clients.

  • Meet individual and contractual service level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity.

  • Manage client profiles, including special requests and reward program information.

  • Monitor and maintain quality control of global distribution systems (GDS) queues daily.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 4 years of active Travel Consultant experience in the past 6 years.

  • At least 1 year of international travel experience preferred.

  • Corporate travel experience and proficiency in SABRE GDS required
