Are you looking for a hands-on job where you can accompany our customers through their exciting digital transformation projects? Then we’d like to hear from you. Day-To-Day: - Support consulting and implementation projects for Servigistics Service Parts Management (SPM) or Service Price Management (SPP). - Support the definition of client specific solution architectures for SPM with a focus on Application Architecture or Technical Architecture as required - Analyze requirements, design solutions, and successfully implement solutions with the help of cross-functional teams - Support the definition of Learning and Adoption solutions for the SPM implementation - Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes

Required Experience: - Educational background in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Computer Science (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Level) - 3-5 years of experience in business processes or IT consulting - Able to work autonomously and focus on goals - Customer service-oriented - Experience in conducting and managing workshops - Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing enterprise level software - Excellent proficiency (written and spoken) in English - Willingness to travel up to 50%

Additional Nice to Have’s: - Experience with Servigistics software or competing products - 2+ years of experience within supply chain, ideally involved in purchasing or spare parts/regular inventory planning - Beginner to intermediate SQL experience
