Position Overview**

As an Event Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our programs and events, from initial planning stages to post-event evaluations. Working closely with program planners, guests, faculty, and colleagues, you will oversee all aspects of event coordination and execution, ensuring that each event aligns with our mission and exceeds expectations. **

Key Responsibilities**

Collaborate with program planners to finalize event details and ensure mission alignment.

Serve as the primary point of contact for program planners, guests, and faculty.

Coordinate event logistics, including budgeting, space allocation, and scheduling.

Facilitate timely communication and correspondence to ensure seamless event execution.

Maintain accurate records of client communication and event details.

Support the development of efficient event planning systems and processes.

Provide on-site support during events, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Gather client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement. **

Qualifications**

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and event management software. **

Previous Experience In Event Management Preferred.**

CMP designation a plus.
