Our client's founder, with over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, leads the team in ensuring elderly individuals can remain in the comfort of their own homes with the help of their dedicated staff. They pride themselves on delivering services with integrity, compassion, and cost-effectiveness, accepting private pay and long-term care insurance to ease the process for their clients.

Job Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary objective will be to close sales on qualified leads, prioritize incoming new leads, and conduct follow-ups with older leads. You will play a crucial role in responding promptly to inbound inquiries, engaging with potential clients through various communication channels, and driving the sales process forward. This remote position requires a proactive and tech-savvy individual with exceptional communication skills and a strong interest in variable compensation and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming qualified leads via phone calls, text messages, and emails, with a focus on speed and efficiency.
  • Handle "hot leads" received directly via phone calls from lead sources such as A Place for Mom (APFM) with high priority and aim for a high close rate.
  • Utilize the Care.com database to generate leads by reaching out to potential clients through the platform's messaging system, collecting contact information, and transferring it to the company's CRM.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with old APFM(APlaceForMom) and Care.com leads in a non-pushy manner, utilizing customized messaging and intermittent timing to maintain engagement.
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness to inbound inquiries and demonstrate proactive outreach to existing leads in the company's database.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to optimize lead management processes and improve conversion rates.
  • Continuously update and maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge of home care services or the ability to quickly learn and understand the industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficient in using various communication tools and platforms for remote work, including emails, phones, and web-based applications.
  • Highly responsive to inbound inquiries and proactive in engaging with existing leads.
  • Strong interest in variable compensation structures and a desire for professional growth.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $1000 - $1500 / month
