  • Dedicate yourself to recruiting, onboarding, and the professional development of team members, fostering their alignment with our company values and technical ambitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and overcome obstacles, streamline processes, and champion best practices in software development.
  • Offer valuable feedback and conduct performance evaluations that empower your team members to grow both personally and professionally.
  • Advocate for and implement contemporary management practices and tools that foster a supportive, transparent, and innovative work environment.
  • Play a critical role as a stakeholder in strategic planning, contributing to the overall direction and success of our engineering projects.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully managing high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex software projects.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively inspire and motivate team members.
  • Showcase a deep understanding of software engineering principles, agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
  • Have experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing engineering talent.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
