About you

You’ll be joining the API Integration Team as a Technical Integration Analyst. Reporting to the API Integration Manager, you’ll be a part of a fast-growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently.

The focus of this role is to help our customers understand our API capability and support their integration with our products through their onboarding journey and beyond. You will interact with clients and cross-functional teams across the business to deliver and perform daily tasks with the opportunity to be involved in multiple projects to contribute to the exceptional customer experience the team provides.

You will be

  • Leading and supporting customers through their API integration
  • Identifying and resolving issues during the integration process
  • Regularly communicating with Customers and internal stakeholders
  • Enabling a culture of continuous improvement of our processes

Requirements

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have had some previous experience of supporting customer integration activities and be eager to learn and develop more in this area. Further, the ideal candidate will have had some experience working within customer servicing, be that either internal teams or external customers themselves, and have a passion for delivering excellent experiences for a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Experience in providing customer-centric servicing
  • Experience in providing operational support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as good analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Delivery focused and highly self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to prioritise and work on multiple items concurrently
  • Keen to embrace API technology and have an agile mindset
  • Committed to delivering excellent interactions and outcomes both internally and externally
  • Curious and keen to learn and apply new skills
  • Able to creatively resolve issues and problems
  • Able to work collaboratively and proactively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues / problems
  • Ability to communicate technical subjects or problems to a wide range of audiences

Desirable but not essential experience

  • Exposure to RESTful APIs and API integration journeys
  • Knowledge of support management technologies i.e. Freshdesk, Zendesk
  • Knowledge of or exposure to API technologies, such as, Postman, SQL, JSON
  • Knowledge or exposure to UK Payment schemes, FX, and international/cross border payments
