Pensions Implementation Analyst - Configuration Team

Capita’s Configuration team are seeking a Pensions Implementation Analyst to join our dynamic home-based team. As a key player in our Implementation Department, you’ll be responsible for implementing top-tier pension administration solutions for both new and existing clients.

Job Description:

As a Implementation Analyst you will configure pension administration systems, ensuring they align with client-specific rules and regulations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analyse Calculation requirements
• Undertake system configuration, data analysis, and testing
• Upload and download system data
• Collate and combine scheme and data information from various sources
• Support the production of requirement documentation
• Participate in client meetings and project status calls
• Liaise with clients, third parties and Capita departments

What we’re looking for:

• MS Excel - advanced level of skills
• Experience of handling sensitive client data/data Management
• Ideally some DB Pensions knowledge and experience would be beneficial
• Able to perform calculations
• Project Management/Experience of working in a project environment
• Analytical approach to problem resolution and a good team player
• Effective and persuasive in both written and oral communications.
