In this role, our ​Business ​Development Representatives are fundamental to helping us grow and partner with hospitality brands across the UK&I.

We want to help our ​partners to 10x their business performance and give their teams the tools they need to perform each day. To help us achieve this goal - at any time you may be;

  • Identifying suitable prospective partners
  • Meeting with prospective partners to better understand their needs
  • Supporting 1-1 demonstrations of Nory and assessing if and how we can help solve a business’ problems
  • Building and owning your pipeline of prospective leads
  • Working cross functionally with other departments to impart your industry knowledge and insights gathered from speaking daily with brands
This role requires an ability to build relationships and to develop and empower a broad user base to get the most from Nory. The successful candidate will have a customer obsessed mindset, seeking to deliver maximum value to our partners.

  • You have 1+ years of SaaS industry experience in a Sales role (bonus if it's Hospo related)
  • You're technologically and operationally fluent; can clearly conceptualise how Nory can impact a hospitality venues day to day operations
  • You are results focused, you have a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • You’re eager to build and drive impact on a critical team that is in some ways a ‘startup within a startup’
This is genuinely an entrepreneurial role at its very core, we are looking for an ambitious team member with a get shit done attitude and a real desire to grow.
