• Research: Collaborate and with leadership on improving, implementing, and executing strategy and process improvement.

Job Description:

In your day-to-day role you will

• Set metrics and drive team results to achieve goals.
• Develop Team Leaders into a responsive, trusting, and empathetic team to exceed performance standards.
• Hire, onboard and retain talent for a growing team.

What do you need to bring

• Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• 5-7 years’ experience in people management. Financial services and/or call center experience is a big plus. 
• Some experience working remotely would be advantageous.
