Job Description:
In your day-to-day role you will
- Set metrics and drive team results to achieve goals.
- Develop Team Leaders into a responsive, trusting, and empathetic team to exceed performance standards.
- Hire, onboard and retain talent for a growing team.
What do you need to bring
- Education: bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5-7 years’ experience in people management. Financial services and/or call center experience is a big plus.
- Some experience working remotely would be advantageous.
