What You Will Do:

• Full Stack Geospatial-focused Development using .NET Technology.

• Translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application in conjunction with back-end code.

• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software in conformance to standards and industry best practices.

• Collaborate within an Agile development team.

What You Will Need:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree: Associate degree can be substituted with 2 additional years of experience; Or Bachelor’s degree can be substituted with 4 additional years of experience.

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.

• 6-8 years of development experience with Microsoft technologies.

• Solid background and practical experience in requirement analysis, object-oriented methodologies and design patterns.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and practices.

• Experience with RDBMS Database design/development/Queries.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Strong time-management and prioritization skills.

• Ability to communicate applicable technical subject matter expertise to management and others.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Development experience in GIS software including ArcGIS Enterprise.

• Experience with source control tools (Bitbucket, Git, SVN).

• Experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Experience with Pega BPM.

• Experience with Drupal.

• Prior USDA Experience is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $99,500.00-$149,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
