Profile Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our sales team, tasked with scaling our sales efforts. If you are a high-energy professional who excels at identifying opportunities and transforming leads into lasting partnerships, we’re looking for you!. With a focus on handling both inbound leads and expanding our reach through strategic outbound efforts, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth.

 

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Pipeline Development and Growth: Demonstrate measurable growth in the outbound pipeline, reflected in an increased number of leads, meetings scheduled, and potential sales opportunities.
  • Autonomy in Sales Process: Operate more independently in handling both inbound and outbound sales, showing capability in managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Contribution to Revenue: Contribute directly to the company's revenue through successful conversion of both inbound and outbound leads. 
  • Feedback and Improvement: Actively provide feedback on the sales process and participate in refining sales strategies based on observed outcomes and interactions with prospects.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification: Assess inbound leads for fit and potential value, and identify prospects for outbound campaigns.
  • Sales Meetings and Demos: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' needs, and perform tailored product demonstrations.
  • Deal Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and company goals.
  • CRM and Pipeline Management: Update the CRM system with all prospect interactions and manage the sales pipeline to meet sales targets.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work with marketing and customer success teams to refine strategies and report sales progress to management.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends and product updates to enhance sales conversations and strategies.

 

What You bring to the table

  • 2+ years prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role, ideally within software, technology, or selling SaaS products.
  • Proven success with prospecting, developing leads, managing sales cycles, and closing deals in small-to-medium or mid-market accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter comfortable with some ambiguity, demonstrating a willingness to learn/ramp quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales team processes. 
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
