Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Sourcing and/or identifying the right supplier at optimized cost, acceptable delivery lead time, and at desired quality level for the assigned commodity.
• Responsible for Purchase Order Issuance and Maintenance, or end-to-end process of all open orders, for the assigned commodity.
• Create the long-range strategy (supplier strong capabilities, spend, quality and delivery) on the respective commodity handled.
• Provide competitive analysis, market assessments and industry benchmarking to support strategy and partnership decisions.
• Ensure compliance to company policies such as GCP-17 in the registration or accreditation of new supplier.
• Compliance to Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) requirement and process.
• Compliance to MK Denial screening requirement and process.
• Understand and analyze supplier proposal (Incoterm, warranty, lead time, origin and special rates charging) and propose or recommend the right supplier based on analysis.
• Responsible for cost analysis and price negotiation.
• Responsible for supplier bidding and initial contract review process on the assigned commodity.
• Support projects of various business units.
• Direct and manages expediting PO’s for the assigned commodity including open order book management, providing on-time response and feedback to internal and external customers.
• Responsible for payment invoice reconciliation with the vendor and processing payables via any ERP system.
• Responsible in the realization of TAT from supplier quotation, releasing the purchase order, and keeping supplier promised date.
• Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standard across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommending measures to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Engineering or Business course.
• 3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain-Indirect.
• Basic to advance knowledge with MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• SAP Knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site in Tanauan City Batangas.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
