Job description

Upsellon Group, a leading Amazon aggregator, is at the forefront of acquiring and enhancing Amazon brands. Founded by seasoned experts in eCommerce, each with specialized knowledge in their respective domains, Upsellon stands out with its intelligent platform designed to offer crucial insights that drive sales and foster growth.

At Upsellon, we adopt a unique approach. Unlike many in the market who rely on generic checklists or "how-to" guides, we treat online businesses with the professionalism they deserve, aiming to carve out a distinct competitive advantage. Our methodology integrates the most advanced technology, harnessing the power of machine learning and AI. This empowers us to deliver unparalleled market insights, competitor and trend analyses, real-time product data, and so much more.

Role: As the Senior Amazon PPC Manager, you'll play a critical role in upholding Upsellon's commitment to excellence and innovative thinking. Your work will not only involve managing and optimizing PPC campaigns but will also necessitate a deep dive into analytics, strategic planning, and a comprehensive approach to Amazon advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, launch, and oversee sophisticated Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research for both new product launches and ongoing optimization.
  • Produce insightful daily, weekly, and monthly analytics reports.
  • Liaise effectively with clients, presenting them with data, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Use Excel extensively to represent campaign performance through charts, graphs, and tables.
  • Closely monitor PPC expenditures to maximize profitability and ensure a judicious allocation of budget.
  • Evaluate various Amazon Console reports, including STR, SQP, and others like purchased product and placement reports, and derive actionable insights from them.
  • Implement refined strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Displays.
  • Collaborate with other teams to establish alignment on KPIs, ensuring holistic campaign performance with an emphasis on metrics like Margin, TACOS, Payout, Revenue, and Profit.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of Amazon PPC experience.
  • Demonstrable success in managing accounts with ad spends over $100K.
  • Thorough understanding of Amazon's advertising landscape and a proven track record in positioning items at the top.
  • Mastery over MS Excel, especially with functions, charts, and data analysis. Expertise in handling large data files and using MACROS will be highly valued.
  • Comprehensive understanding of diverse KPIs beyond just ACOS.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset complemented by exceptional communication skills.
  • The ability to think quickly, adapt, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong technical foundation, especially in automation, process enhancements, and optimization. Knowledge in the realms of macros, AI, and automation tools will be considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in English: B2 level or higher.
