About the Role:

What You Will Do:

• Business partnership and collaboration with Digital Native & Emerging Markets’ sales leaders (including cross-functional leaders and teams)
• Annual fiscal planning - Sales coverage, territory carving, and quota setting
• Weekly forecast and pipeline analytics & cadences
• Sales methodology and sales processes standardization, adoption, and refinement
• Field communications, In-depth business analytics, and recommendations to leadership team

What You Will Bring:

• BA/BS degree preferred
• 3-5 years of Sales Operations experience, preferably in a SaaS/cloud company
• Experience with Salesforce.com CRM functionalities and advanced modeling skills with excel / g-sheets required
• Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey ideas and information in written and verbal form to a variety of audiences
• Endless curiosity and a need to dive deeper into understanding
• Ability to display diplomatic and remarkable interpersonal skills with colleagues and other partners
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau and ability to build dashboards is a plus

We analyze and carefully consider several factors when determining compensation, including work history, education, professional experience, and location.  This position has an annual estimated salary of $98,500 - 115,740 USD, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
