We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide assistance for a cutting-edge telemedicine application available on both mobile and web platforms. This role will involve supporting users based in Georgia, ensuring seamless functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues for both web and mobile applications in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive support experience.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Georgian (both written and verbal).
  • Spanish language skills are an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of software support principles and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a good internet connection suitable for remote work.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least one year of previous experience in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Familiarity with Windows 11 operating system.
  • Experience in supporting both web and mobile applications.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues.
