Our platform supports crypto investors, tax professionals, accountants, and investment professionals with crypto accounting, tax, portfolio management, DeFi, NFTs, yield farming, and more.
We are a venture-backed, 25-person team, established in 2017.

- Compensation: $50k-$60k + full benefits package

About the Role
Our support team is the backbone of ZenLedger. As a Global Support Specialist (Bilingual), you’ll be on the front lines helping our Spanish-speaking customers succeed in navigating the ever-evolving cryptocurrency and tax landscape. Whether it’s troubleshooting, resolving account issues, or guiding customers through our platform, your work will make a real difference in their lives—and they’ll let you know it!
You’ll work closely with our team to deliver top-tier support via phone, email, and chat. In many cases, you’ll schedule video calls to screen share and ensure customers feel confident and empowered to tackle their tax filings. Our support isn’t just about fixing problems—it’s about providing reassurance, clarity, and expertise in a fast-moving industry.
This position involves working during Spain’s business hours (5:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST) to align with our customers' peak times. While we are busiest during tax season (April 1–July 1) and at other key tax-related deadlines, we’re proud of how our team rises to the occasion and delivers consistently exceptional service.

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, chat, and video calls.
- Assist with account adjustments, data imports, and basic accounting or tax-related queries.
- Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to enhance our product and processes.
- Provide a calming, professional presence to customers navigating complex crypto and tax situations.

Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written).
- Previous customer support experience.
- Ability to work during Central European Standard Time hours (5:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST).
- Passionate about cryptocurrency and its future.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and in a user-friendly manner.
- Experience in finance is preferred but not required.
