Marketing Executive

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our product recall and remediation services, as well as to enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will be digitally savvy, have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, and be able to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing and executing strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple mediums, including email, social media (paid and organic), paid search, and display advertising.

  • Proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns, and finesse/adapt as required.

  • Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Review website analytics and identify trends in different data sets to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

  • Help manage the company website, including content updates, optimization, and user experience enhancements – informed by user insights.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with internal production teams to create marketing collateral, such as sales materials, presentations, company flyers and brochures.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and help apply them to our strategies.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (ideally in a B2B context), with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (copy, design, development etc.).

  • Creativity and innovation to help develop engaging marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audiences across countries.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • Experience in SEO, SEM and paid and organic social practices.

  • Availability to attend occasional events and conferences outside of regular working hours.

  • Strong English language skills and ability to write effectively.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a meticulous approach to work.

  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
