We are looking for a rounded commercial/pricing leader to help build AUTODOC’s Price Engine. Reporting to the Director of Pricing (with a strong dotted line into Category Management Leadership), you will play a key role in managing business growth and margin by making sure that our assortment is attractively priced for our customers and designing the pricing strategy supported by an algorithmic AI/ML solution. Finally, you will influence the pricing (product) roadmap by providing clear directions in terms of business strategy and requirements together with product management. You will define business priorities and execute those seamlessly with your team.
Responsibilities
Qualifications (Must have)
8+ years of experience in B2B retail, ecommerce or consumer goods
5+ years work with analytics and visualization
Experience experimentation with disruptive (pricing) business innovations delivering measurable impact
5+ years managing a projects end-to-end and working with cross-function / tech teams to implement it
Exposure to ML/AI and/or product management
Experience in Pricing
Understanding of statistics and experiment design
Ability to steer stakeholders effectively - both with and without direct authority – and find trade-offs between scope and development time
Clear and concise verbal and written communication
Advanced SQL or Python knowledge
Ownership – thinks and acts like an owner
Graduate or higher degree in a technical and/or quantitative field (e.g. business, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science)
Qualifications (Nice to have)
Certified Process Management experience
