As a Business Intelligence Developer, you'll analyze business information needs, design reporting solutions, and act as a liaison between IT and business units. You'll develop reports/dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and support implementation of new systems.WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: - Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications): - Associate Business Intelligence Developer: $56,000 - $65,000 plus annual bonus opportunity. - Business Intelligence Developer: $65,000 - $75,000 plus annual bonus opportunity. - Sr. Business Intelligence Developer: $75,000 - $80,000 plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Manage and make updates to our commission and bonus schedules supporting Mutual of Omaha Advisor and Brokerage distributions. Administer compensation across all product lines. - Implement project plans, provide technical assistance, and train business partners on reporting tools. - Manage changes and updates to commission rules and rates within our Ratabase cloud-based rating platform solution. - Maintain and enhance existing reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution. - Act as a liaison between IT teams and business units, troubleshooting technical problems and supporting data repositories.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING: - Strong analytical skills and knowledge of finance, sales compensation, marketing, and/or IT objectives. - Proficiency in project management, business systems requirements, and relational database administration. - Consultative approach, conflict resolution skills, and ability to research solutions independently. - Deep knowledge of Excel to include advanced-level functions. - You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do. - Ability to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
PREFERRED: - Knowledge of insurance products, Agile methodologies, and data management best practices. - Familiarity with SDLC, DMBOK, BABOK, and IIBA standards. - Working knowledge of test automation and quantitative data analysis skills. Basic knowledge and experience with coding a huge plus.
