About the Role

We're seeking an experienced BI Analyst to provide critical insights and data-driven decision-making support during our high-growth phase. In this crucial role, you'll oversee data analysis, reporting, and visualization to enhance business performance. You'll have the opportunity to build and optimize data models, working with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Wrangle, visualize, and analyze gathered data from data warehouses
Create accurate reports and derive actionable insights that explain business data trends
Maintain data integrity and ensure the security of sensitive business information
Coordinate with engineering and cross-functional teams to align on data projects
Develop and optimize BI dashboards for key stakeholders
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements using data

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BI Analyst
Advanced knowledge of SQL and BI tools like Power BI, Google Looker
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Experience working with data warehouses and ETL processes
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with executives and corporate leaders
Availability to work 40 hours per week on Eastern Standard Time (EST)
