Title: Project Manager **
Location: Remote- 100% remote in FL
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Compensation: $45-$50/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Job Description**
- The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent coordination, implementation, and completion of all Enterprise Team projects. This role is critical to the success of the Enterprise Team, by ensuring proper task management, documentation and keeping development on-track through well-communicated deliverables and requirements.
- Work with the Sr. Directors and Business Analyst Team to lead the planning, implementation, and management of projects and their timelines.
- Develop and facilitate project plans, and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the Enterprise Team.
- Ensure that the product backlog is complete, groomed and prioritized.
- Work with Business Analysts to determine request viability, rough scope, and prioritization.
- Assemble, coordinate, and keep project teams on-task to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Identify blockers and potential changes to project scope and propose solutions to ensure project success.
- Track project deliverables using PM, tracking, reporting and communication tools.
- Lead the planning and implementation of Enterprise Team communications campaigns.
- Assist with tracking and maintaining admin user permissions for products and tools.
- Coordinate space, technology, and personnel resources between the Enterprise Team and other teams both inside and outside the company.
- Coordinate and run meetings, create agendas, and take and distribute notes to stakeholders.
- Organize meetings for focus and test groups.
- Collaborate with Business Analyst, Technical Operations and Student Support Teams to create, coordinate, and deliver team onboarding and training resources.
- Assist with gathering and reporting on team culture and health.
- Works independently on small to large and complex projects without the need for supervision.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working in Project Management.
- Project management software (e.g. Atlassian JIRA, Notion.us)
- Ability to rapidly acquire mastery of a diverse range of software applications
- Conversant with software including Keynote, ProductPlan, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Qualifications and experience across agile and traditional project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
- Proven experience in cross-functional team management.
- Proven experience in risk and change management.
- Proficient in project management tracking, and reporting software.
- PMP Certification is required
