Job Summary:

In this role, you will run a full recruiting desk responsible for bringing in new business, managing existing accounts, and the full recruitment life cycle from intake, research, interviews, offer negotiation and closing deals. Our team places attorneys, legal executives, legal staff, compliance professionals and legal operations leaders in permanent, contract, temp to perm, secondment and consulting roles within law firms and corporations of all sizes.

You will report to Karissa Hayko, Managing Partner, and join a local team of 5, and a national team of more than 30 Executive Recruiters and Partners across the country.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally in the Legal space. Prior recruiting experience preferred but will also consider candidates with a legal background as a practicing attorney or employed in the legal services industry. JD not required but is certainly a plus. We will also consider candidates interested in legal recruiting with experience in another recruiting discipline such as corporate talent acquisition, sales, or management consulting.

You should be a highly motivated, accountable, high integrity self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for the business.
