This is a remote position.

Our client, a leading EdTech company with a global presence, is on the hunt for a Country Manager to spearhead the launch of their online and offline operations in Mexico and the broader LATAM region.

Location: Mexico (Relocation Required)

What You'll Do:

  • Strategy Execution: Craft and execute a comprehensive strategy to introduce the B2C segment to the Mexican market.
  • Operational Leadership: Take charge of the business operations in the region, managing both online and offline modalities.
  • Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing local team encompassing marketing, sales, and customer support divisions.
  • Market Analysis and Expansion: Conduct in-depth market analysis, adopt best practices, and formulate strategies to scale the project across the region.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with educational institutions and private businesses.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in successfully launching or scaling business ventures in Mexico or other LATAM countries.
  • Tech Product Expertise: Solid background in managing complex B2C products, preferably in the EdTech, FinTech, or E-commerce sectors.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and Russian is essential. A deep understanding of the regional nuances will be considered a strong asset.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to start and grow business units and teams from the ground up. Readiness to tackle challenges head-on in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional skill in fostering communication within teams and with external partners.
  • Analytical Mindset: Systematic thinking, disciplined approach, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous development.
