Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Anaplan Architect to lead the administration and architecture of our Anaplan platform for commissions. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of commission calculations and payments across the company. As the Anaplan Architect for Commissions, you will work closely with Sales Management, Sales Operations, and Finance to optimize the commission processes and ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, innovative, and adept at managing complex Anaplan models to meet the dynamic needs of our sales and finance teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Anaplan models and modules to support commission calculations and reporting.

  • Lead the commission structure's setup, optimization, and maintenance within the Anaplan platform, ensuring accuracy and alignment with sales strategies.

  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of Anaplan architecture to improve performance and accommodate evolving business needs.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Anaplan model enhancements, troubleshooting, and user support.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Sales Operations, Finance, and IT to integrate Anaplan with other business systems for streamlined operations.

  • Prepare and present insights and reports on commission performance, trends, and forecasts to senior management.

  • Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of commission processes and Anaplan functionalities.

Education & Experience Required:

  • Certified Anaplan Solutions Architect

  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in Anaplan and sales commissions.

  • Proficient to advanced competency in Excel.

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and summarize large volumes of detailed information.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff and management.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy and the ability to multitask.

The compensation range reflects the Company’s good faith belief at the time of posting. 8x8 has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The range above reflects the potential base pay across the U.S. for this role; the applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate’s primary work location. Further, individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, knowledge, success, education and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including discretionary merit increases, bonus and/or stock. Certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales variable compensation incentives based on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.

Salary Ranges:

$86,250.00 - $143,750.00
