Job description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a remote role as a Manufacturing Data Specialist and Document Control Coordinator. This position will primarily focus on reconciling Fulcrum transactions for proper costing models, conducting daily audits of materials issuing and personnel clock-ins, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical business functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile Fulcrum transactions to ensure accurate costing models for manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct daily audits of materials issuing and personnel clock-ins to maintain data accuracy.
  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure compliance with established procedures.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for key manufacturing processes based on videos and managerial instructions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize data management systems and ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in training employees on SOPs and data management best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate data processes to streamline operations and reduce errors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, manufacturing operations, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in data reconciliation tools and ERP systems most specifically Fulcrum
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience in creating SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of video recording/editing software and a basic understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $900 - $1200
Schedule: 9am - 5pm PST
