Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Consultant

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business processes and gather requirements
• Configure and customize Oracle ERP modules
• Develop and maintain technical design documents
• Provide technical and functional support to end users
• Conduct system testing and deployment activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
• Perform data migration and integration tasks
• Create and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries and reports
• Train end users and create documentation
• Participate in project planning and management
• Stay updated with Oracle ERP trends and best practices
• Identify and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks
• Support system upgrades and patches
• Assist in pre-sales activities and solution demonstrations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Oracle certification in ERP modules
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and support
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL programming
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP concepts
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in business analysis and requirement gathering
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in solution design and architecture
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies
• Proven track record of successful ERP implementations
• Experience in creating and delivering end-user training
