What the role is:
The Specialist Sourcing Coordinator is a key member of the talent team who will be responsible for supporting the entire recruiting process, with a specialist focus on engaging and attracting passive candidates for our current and future opportunities at Genesys.

In this role, you will work closely with the broader recruiting team and our hiring teams to build candidate pipelines for our opportunities. You will achieve this through joining candidate screening calls, managing interview scheduling and utilizing innovative tools to help us find the best people for Genesys. In addition to this you will support the coordination and organization of our external recruiting events and initiatives such as career fairs.

What you’ll bring to the role:
You are keen on working in an international environment, and supporting the company’s recruitment efforts, especially, but not exclusively for R&D Team in Ireland, understanding hiring targets, and implementing proactive recruiting strategies to accomplish complex hiring initiatives. You will be functioning as a specialized component of the Talent Acquisition team adding value throughout the process and with knowledge on where to search and identify passive candidates.


Some details about what you will do:

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to source talent for current or upcoming opportunities.

  • Applying methodologies/ strategies to ensure we are making great sourcing and selection decisions.

  • Providing a high level of candidate experience at all stages.

  • Managing our ATS and tracking key performance metrics.

  • Conducting searches and market mapping for current and future roles.

  • Promoting our roles on social media.

  • Constantly pipelining candidates to meet immediate & future business requirements.

  • Coordinating and attending recruitment events.

Minimum requirements:

  • An experienced background recruiting across various functions, levels, and roles within the technology/ IT space.

  • Experience in sourcing passive candidates utilising social media and other professional networks.

  • Previous experience using an ATS and managing the recruitment process effectively.

  • Having an eye for detail and multitasking, whilst retaining focus on key priorities.

  • Excellent team player, while having the ability to use initiative and progress work independently when required.

  • Previous experience in the organization/ coordination of recruiting events.

  • Fluent Business English
