Become a vital part of our efforts to support merchants in our growing DACH market. Your role will be crucial in driving their growth through personalised sales strategies. With our highly competitive commission scheme you’ll do well If you're passionate about sales and thrive in dynamic environments. Your day-to-day:
Call existing and potential merchants, showcasing PayPal’s full range of awesome products
Become a proficient forecaster , hitting those monthly sales targets
Be a merchant magnet! Bring in new customer whilst also having the opportunity to upsell/cross sell to our existing ones
Be the ultimate sales sidekick, guiding merchants through the entire sales journey from "Hello!" to "Let's do business!"
Keep those sales pipelines flowing smoothly and efficiently with the help of Salesforce
Understanding the unique challenges of SME business owners and offer up tailored solution
Be customer focussed, ensuring our customers are over the moon with their PayPal experience
Build strong relationships with our internal PayPal teams, ensuring everyone's on the same page for a seamless merchant experience.
What do you need to bring:
Fluent in both English and German
A self-driven, dedicated, and motivated individual ready to accelerate revenue growth.
Embraces the thrill of outbound calling, showing no hesitation in picking up the phone and connecting with merchants
Bonus points if you're already a Salesforce whiz or have mastered another CRM system
Laser-focused on productivity metrics like calls, talk time, self-prospecting, pipeline management, and forecasting - because we believe in working smart and playing hard.
