Your missions

Greentalent, a recruiter specialised in the search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment sectors on behalf of an established EPC company active in the production of roof-mounted photovoltaic systems in the industrial sector, is looking for a:

Head of Sales - Solar**

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the development of sales in the subordinate region and actively search for new customers and business partners, coordinating the process of executing the commercial contracts concluded. The selected person will have to carry out continuous product, sales and market training and will have to have a proactive attitude when searching for a potential customer.

In particular, he/she will be responsible for: - Implementing sales plans for photovoltaic and energy products; - Researching the best solution for the customer and commercial negotiations; - Consulting and offering innovative solutions in the field of RES for entrepreneurs in the industrial and commercial sector and practice in sales management in the subordinate region; - Above-average and documented implementation of individual and group sales plans - employing sales champions in their fields; - Building the sales team within Germany.

Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of sales experience, possibly in a renewable environment; - Knowledge of the PPAs contracts represents a strong plus; - Spoken and written knowledge of the English and German language; - Valid B-category driving licence. - Working knowledge of MS Office package;
