Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about electronics, innovative and enjoy being involved in technology projects that will make life not only different, but better. If you are energetic, self-driven, have great social skills and have experience with electronics design and business analytics there is no doubt that we have something exciting to offer you. Join our company in an exciting job as Market Development Engineer where no two days are the same.

As the MDE you will help to drive our supplier and customer strategies into the Nordic market in close cooperation with our Sales and Engineering teams. You will act as a key link between our suppliers and the Sales and Engineering teams. By using data analytics in combination with customer and market knowledge you will guide our team to be even more successful.

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

  • Work closely with the Nordic Management team to drive and communicate our supplier and customer strategies.
  • You will act as a business partner and report to the Engineering Director in Nordic.
  • Work closely with our key suppliers to ensure we develop a solid pipeline and growth.
  • Prepare supplier and internal meetings.
  • You will be using data analytics to understand gaps and develop new processes.
  • You will work closely with Arrow colleges and supplier partners in EMEA.
  • Visit and build trustful relationships with our key suppliers in Nordic.
  • Train and guide our Sales and Engineering team in business processes.
  • Participate in professional training & education from leading manufacturer of electronic components and from Arrows specialists in the latest technologies & solutions.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Educated within Electronics (B.S.E.E. or similar)
  • You might have been working as a components engineer for a customer for some years.
  • Experience working with semiconductors and ideally IP&E products.
  • A very structured person who has analytical skills and is used to work with complex data and processes.
  • Preferably experienced in working with tools as Excel/Power BI or similar.
  • Fluent in a local Nordic local language & English
  • It’s a Nordic position, but you preferably live in Sweden or Denmark.
