Job Summary

We are a renowned retention marketing agency, specializing in Email & SMS marketing for e-commerce brands. Currently, we're on the lookout for a talented Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This role entails coordinating email and SMS marketing campaigns while providing invaluable support for operational activities. The ideal candidate will possess experience in a marketing agency, exemplary organizational skills, and an eye for detail. Moreover, we welcome recent graduates who are eager to immerse themselves in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **

Responsibilities**

Coordinate engaging email and SMS marketing campaigns for our esteemed clients.

Craft and maintain comprehensive marketing calendars to ensure seamless execution and adherence to deadlines.

Provide essential support for operational activities, encompassing client onboarding and ongoing project management.

Develop and uphold standard operating procedures for both marketing and operational functions.

Offer administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling meetings and organizing files.

Foster strong client relationships by promptly addressing inquiries and ensuring utmost client satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with agency designers, copywriters, and strategists to meet deliverable timelines effectively.

Continuously refine processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and efficacy. **

Qualifications**

0-2 years of experience in marketing or operations, preferably within a marketing agency.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient organizational abilities coupled with strong project management expertise.

Familiarity with project management software such as Notion, Asana, ClickUp, etc.

Capacity to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team.

Enthusiastic learner with a genuine passion for marketing.

Experience in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures is advantageous.

Prior exposure to ESPs like Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, etc., is preferred.

This is a full-time position offering flexible hours, primarily asynchronous work, and competitive compensation. Additionally, there are abundant opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic agency environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year **
