We are currently on the lookout for an Organic Growth Hacker to architect explosive organic growth through innovative strategies. Be the mastermind behind our user explosion, fuel user base scaling and propel us to the next level.

Your Role and Impact:

As an Organic Growth Hacker, you'll involve developing strategies to increase organic traffic, focusing on finding scalable working use cases. Your collaboration with design, engineering, analytics, Product, Marketing, and UXR experts will be crucial in crafting and executing efficient organic growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become the resident growth guru! Develop and test top-notch organic strategies that push boundaries and scale as in full blast.
• Utilize customer research, market research, and data to identify the most critical customer needs and validate solutions that solve those needs.
• Identify opportunities to offer industry-leading, differentiated experiences that align with the company's mission and vision.
• Development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP): Conceptualizing an MVP to efficiently and quickly test the Proof-Of-Concept.
• Motivate and lead the cross-functional team to drive progress and achieve objectives.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product growth experience, with at least 2-3 years dealing with digital-first B2C products (mobile or web-based).
• Proven record of scaling the user base using the growth strategies and achieving key business goals.
• Experience in the hyper-growth stage and scaled product management in a product-led company is a significant plus.
• Evidence of major impact on the user base growth as a senior PM.
• Experience with AI/ML and a passion for leveraging cutting-edge tech to unlock growth is a plus.
